ANIZ and G&G are offering a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo valued at approximately $315,000.00 at 933 Garrett Street, Atlanta Georgia.

The condo was recently featured on HGTV's Designed to sell! The remodel was done by none other than celebrity designer John Gidding and is move in ready.

Proceeds from the event will benefit their work with underserved communities. The condo will be donated to ANIZ and G&G Organics by the owner at THE VALUE OF THE PROPERTY.

G&G Organics and Aniz, Inc. will receive proceeds to raise community awareness in Atlanta, GA of the necessity for healthy eating, working and living in an urban environment. The program will also provide comprehensive health education and prevention information to disadvantaged multicultural children, youth, young adults and families.

NOTES:
There must be a minimum of 5,035 tickets sold. If the goal of 5,035 tickets is not met, the date of the drawing date will be extended until goal is reached.

RULES:

Winner is responsible for all future property taxes & association fees (HOA ~$230/mo).

Winner has the option to receive $5000.00 in cash in lieu of condo.

If the Grand Prize Condo (Condo) is chosen as the prize, the Grand Prize winner shall assume all fees, local, state and federal taxes (including but not limited to income taxes based on the value of the condo), financing costs (including, but not limited to, transfer tax and fees) which must be paid when the condo is transferred to the winner. To defer some of the costs of winning the condo G&G Organics will cover closing/title fees only.

Aniz Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, community-based human service organization founded in 1996, with the mission of providing comprehensive health awareness education and prevention services for disadvantaged children, women and families who are infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS.

Our organization works with underserved multicultural adolescents, adults, families and grandparents that are disproportionately impacted by HIV/AIDS and concurrent substance abuse histories or underlying mental health conditions.

Our organization consists of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals with over 60 years of combined experience, who specialize in substance abuse, mental health, HIV/AIDS, case management, program development and evaluation.

Aniz, Inc. services high-risk affected areas through our headquarters office in Atlanta, Georgia. We also have three satellite offices in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Holly Springs, Mississippi and Orangeburg, South Carolina. We plan to continue to expand our programs and projects in an effort to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS from continuing to the next generation.
