The only way to enter the Camaro raffle is to purchase your ticket online through this secure site owned and maintained by Charity Splits℠.

Phone, Fax, U.S. Mail or Email entries will NOT be accepted under any circumstance. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket. As of August 12, 2009 raffle tickets are now only $50 each through October 5, 2009 (price drop due to decision of the Tony Stewart Foundation in response to the fans' numerous requests). You may buy as many individual tickets or ticket combinations as you like. Only one name will appear on each ticket. Please, no international orders or international credit cards.

Only 12,028 tickets will be sold. The chances of winning are based on that number. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has taken the position that amounts paid for chances in raffles, lotteries or similar drawings for valuable prizes are not gifts, and consequently do not qualify as deductible charitable contributions.

Early ticket purchases will be included in up to four drawings.

Tickets purchased by 5 p.m. EST on June 17, 2009, will be eligible for the Early Bird Drawing 1 (drawing date on June 17, 2009).

Tickets purchased by 5 p.m. EST on July 8, 2009, will be eligible for the Early Bird Drawing 2 (drawing date on July 8, 2009).

Tickets purchased by 5 p.m. EST on July 30, 2009, will be eligible for the Early Bird Drawing 3 (drawing date on July 30, 2009).

All such tickets, including all winning tickets from Early Bird Drawings, will be included in applicable subsequent drawings as well as the Grand Prize drawing.

If the Grand Prize Camaro (Camaro) is chosen as the prize, the Grand Prize winner shall assume all fees, local, state and federal taxes (including but not limited to income taxes based on the value of the Camaro), financing costs (including, but not limited to, transfer tax and fees) which must be paid when the Camaro is transferred to the winner. These consequences may apply to other prizes as well. Charity Splits℠ (and The Tony Stewart Foundation) will award the winner of the Grand Prize Camaro an amount not to exceed $4000.00 (four thousand dollars) to help winner to defray the cost of fees, licenses and taxes. Please see rules for procedures required by The Tony Stewart Foundation and Charity Splits℠ to collect any additional sums of money.

Proceeds from this raffle directly benefit The Tony Stewart Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) organization, located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

About the Tony Stewart Foundation
The mission of the Tony Stewart Foundation is to raise and donate funds to help care for chronically ill children, drivers injured in motorsports activities and to support other charitable organizations in the protection of various animal species.

Tony states, Racing is my profession but I'm also driven to help others through the work of my Foundation. There are so many organizations providing outstanding service and programs and my impulse is to help them all. However, it has been necessary to focus our funding to those programs that most closely match my passions - children, animals and fellow drivers in need of assistance.

I've been fortunate enough to accomplish my dream of driving racecars for a living.
