Pool Raffling System

Back to Services

Laptop with Money

Charity Splits Pool Raffling is a unique opportunity for like-minded organizations to independently work together to raise funds for their individual organizations by using the power and ease of the internet. The Charity Splits pool raffling system provides several organizations the opportunity to share a collective prize pool without sacrificing the money they individually produce.

Getting Started

To properly and legally use the CharitySplits.com raffle system, your organization will be required to carry a raffle license on the event. Charity Splits will coordinate the receipt of this license and will also provide the license fee. The Charity Splits team will work with clients to provide proper registration for in and out-of-state clients ensuring all events are conducted with the utmost integrity.

Charity Splits System

The software program runs all aspects of the event from start to finish, and requires very little time from anyone in your organization. The event page will sell tickets, deliver e-mail receipts of purchases, collect and store all monies received from ticket sales, draw winning tickets and notify winners and non winners of the event results. The system allows your charity to do what it does best-spread your mission.

Prizes & Fees

In order to provide our programs free of any upfront cost, each ticket is split according to these percentages:

Event-Proceed Distribution

In order to properly ensure each organization receives fair credit for their marketing efforts and success in driving ticket purchasers to the event page, each ticket purchaser will be given 2 options for the "charitable" aspect of their ticket fee:

Ear Marking

A ticket purchaser may select a participating organization as the recipient of their entry fee.Almost always, this is based on the organization that drove them to the site. The system logs this purchase as belonging to your organization, while the portion of the entry fee used for the prize will be placed in the community prize pool - to be split at the event conclusion.

Community Bank

An event of this size and geographic reach certainly will attract ticket purchasers that may be less specific when it comes to choosing an organization to earmark their entry fee. Therefore the community bank allows a ticket purchaser to split their entry fee evenly amongst all participants.Again, the prize portion of the entry fee will be placed in the community prize pool.
